Returns, exchanges and refunds
I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Every sale is final.
On rare occasions and circumstances, we may accept a return/exchange/refund. In theses cases, you will be paying for return shipping. You need to contact us beforehand. Returns will not be accepted for orders sent back prior contacting us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund will be processed between 1 and 3 days after receiving and inspecting your return.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
We cannot be held liable if you provide a wrong address and the shipment is delivered to that address. You will not be refunded and you will need to place a new order.
