Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Free shipping

When offered, free shipping is only available for the following products:

  • Small posters: sizes 5x7 and 8x10
  • Greeting cards
  • Stickers
  • Magnets

Free shipping never applies to bigger posters, original drawings and commissions. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if applicable. Some shipping options do not include tracking number. Message us before ordering if you want custom shipping options (express, tracking number, signature required, etc.)

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shipments outside of Canada and/or USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
